Power Vinyasa

Experience a Baptiste-style power flow designed to strengthen and open your entire body. This challenging practice features arm balances, inversions, and deep backbends, all performed in a heated room for optimal flexibility and detoxification. Perfect for those seeking to transform the body and mind through dynamic, powerful movements.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a high intensity full body workout that  combines yoga postures with strength training,  using hand weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, to build muscle and improve overall fitness. The temperate will be hot.

Fusion Conditioning

Fusion Conditioning blends pilates, functional movement and yoga into a smooth, heated, conditioning class that builds stability, mobility and mindful strength. Body weight exercises ,light weights and resistance balls will be included. 

Yoga Nidra w/ Reiki

Yoga Nidra brings a deep sense of calm, which greatly reduces the stress and anxieties that are every present in our daily lives. Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique that takes you to deep brainwave state that helps to reset the nervous system through guided breathing, intentions, visualization and reframing the thoughts that weigh on the mind. The instructor offers Reiki throughout the meditation to the class. She also offers focused energy healing, to those who would like to receive it, during the deepest and most relaxed stage of the meditation.

Yin Yoga w/ Reiki

Join us for a deep, restful and powerful journey into Yin Yoga infused with Reiki healing touch. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. All postures are done on the floor in a very slow moving energy. This class is very meditative and restorative.
