All Levels Vinyasa
This moderate level complete Vinyasa practice will be taught in a way that will allow you to work within your own level of experience, beginners welcome. The room temperature for practice is warm.
Power Vinyasa
Expect a challenging practice that will strengthen and open your entire body. This Baptiste style power flow incorporates arm balances, inversions, and deep backbends. The room temperature for practice is hot.
Strength & Conditioning
Move through many fitness disciplines, including: pilates, barre, sculpt, intervals, tabata, yoga and somatic movement. We will work full range movements and multi planes for ultimate flexibility. This is a barefoot class using light weights, bands, blocks, Xertubes and glides. The room temperature is ambient for class.
Sunrise Flow
Greet the day with deeper clarity and vision with a playful challenge. Move outside of traditional sequencing with mobility-inspired sequencing that will leave you feeling strong, refreshed and energized. Get ready to sweat, as this class is heated.
Sound Bath Journey
Sound is an invitation and gateway to deep meditation and relaxation. You can expect to be enveloped in a full-body listening experience that is deeply therapeutic. Carlin, our sound bath specialist, will use a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls to guide you through this meditative experience.
Meditation Practice
Whether you are struggling in some areas of your life, feel anxious, or want to take your life to the next level, meditation is the tool to get you to where you want to be. Craft a meditation practice that will help to transform your outlook on life, creating the thoughts, feelings, and emotions you desire.
Yin Yoga w/ Reiki
Join us for a deep, restful and powerful journey into Yin Yoga infused with Reiki healing touch. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. All postures are done on the floor in a very slow moving energy. This class is very meditative and restorative.
Community Yoga
This all levels vinyasa class is taught in a way that allows you to work within your own level of experience. Offered Fridays from 5:30-6:30 PM. This half-price $10.00 cash donation is a weekly offering to our community.
Private Sessions with Alyssa
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, private sessions can be very helpful.
We slow down and break down the foundational alignment of postures with a specific focus on your body’s needs. Alyssa will cover working with props, how to transition from one posture to another, and assist you with the mechanics and variations of the sun salutations.
