Let’s start at the beginning. Alyssa will guide you through everything you need to know to navigate through a vinyasa practice with confidence. She will cover everything from the type of mat to use, working with props, breathe and into the foundational alignment of mountain pose through the sun salutation and into the full practice. She will also cover how a beginner can experience the meditative benefits of yoga.
