Not all yoga and meditation is made the same, which is why we’ve created a dynamic selection of classes and class lengths. Whether you’re looking for a full vinyasa flow or a relaxing meditation, we’ve got the options you need to balance your practice with classes ranging from 60 minute classes to 75 or 90 minute yoga flows.
THE BENEFITS

Pressed for time but need a little TLC? Hour-long classes are great for a quick well-rounded practice. Perfect if you’re on the go and need to get your yoga fix. For new students, shorter classes are a great way to build up endurance and confidence before moving on to longer classes.

A 75 minute practice allows the body to warm-up for advanced poses while still reaping the benefits of breathwork and longer pose hold times. The first set of sequencing will warm your body up and move you into alignment while the second set allows you to go deeper into poses and gain the most benefit.

In this “Moving Meditation” class, there is nothing you have to think about. Your body moves with the words, helping you disconnect from the busy-ness of life and enter into a meditative state. 90 Minute sessions allow you to develop strength, endurance and range of motion to start moving safely into more specific body parts and difficult asanas. A longer duration class also allows you to learn life-enhancing yoga philosophy, breathing techniques and meditation that can inspire you to live your best life.

What actually is Stress?
Our health and wellness are affected by so many factors. The biggest impact on our physical bodies is stress. What actually is stress? The most basic definition is resistance. When we attach to our preferences and have a hard time accepting the many surprises that show up on our journey through life, we contract, and we harden. Our life force or experience of flow is pinched and dammed.
Yoga practice is such a beautiful way for us to lift and clear whatever stress is living in our bodies. There are many other healing tools that support us as well. This is why we have added sound baths, meditation, journaling, ayurveda workshops, reiki, and cacao ceremonies to our ever-expanding offerings at the studio. The most nourishing part about all of this is community. We are on this journey together. The comfort and support that comes from authentic relationships is pure soul food.
